NOW HIRING A SALES AND SERVICE SPECIALIST FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!


 $55k base + commission! 


Do you enjoy working outdoors and helping customers find the best lawn care solutions? RainScapes is hiring a Sales and Service Specialist to generate leads, close sales, and deliver top-tier customer service. In this role, you’ll spend about 80 percent of your time outdoors, working directly with customers to assess their needs and provide expert recommendations. Some Saturday work may be required.

Requirements:

  • Generate and close leads by creating proposals and selling lawn, pest, and tree/shrub services in person and over the phone
  • Re-engage and convert recently canceled customers back to active status
  • Deliver unmatched customer service by responding promptly and proactively to customer needs
  • Analyze customer properties based on emails, calls, and in-person interactions to recommend the best lawn care solutions
  • Support branch management by improving Technician sales and customer service skills
  • Assist with quality audits and customer service follow-ups to ensure high service standards
  • Maintain accurate customer records in Real Green (CRM) based on interactions
  • Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement in sales and service
  • Perform other tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (approximately 80 percent of the time)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing CRM records
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Willing to work some Saturdays as needed
  • Willing to complete a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen
