Job Description:

This position is responsible for the PFA technical work in FA Lab, such as complicated ICs decap, delayer, lapping, x-section, SEM etc. Maintaining lab facility and managing technical documents.

Essential Functions:

• Assist FA engineers, dealing with all kinds of complicated ICs decap, x-section/lapping and operating SEM etc.
• Maintaining lab facility.

• Manage FA group documents.

• Complete other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Good problem solving skill and team work

• Strong hands-on ability

• Basic reading and written English

• Basic lab chemical knowledge

• Hsinchu, Taiwan
