We are growing and we are looking for a strong Parts Operations Leader to take ownership of inventory and parts operations across multiple service locations in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.


POSITION OVERVIEW

This is not a sit back and maintain role. This is a leadership position for someone who wants to take control, build structure, and make a real impact.


You will lead parts planning and inventory operations across assigned branches, ensuring technicians have what they need when they need it so the business runs efficiently and customers stay satisfied.


You will be the go to person connecting service teams, vendors, and inventory systems to keep everything moving without disruption.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • You will forecast daily parts usage and ensure the right inventory is in place to meet business demand
  • You will manage ordering, receiving, and tracking of parts using Karmak Fusion
  • You will ensure all locations are properly stocked while reducing excess and obsolete inventory
  • You will build and maintain strong vendor relationships to improve pricing, availability, and service
  • You will partner daily with service managers to ensure their teams are fully supported
  • You will oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reporting compliance
  • You will manage special orders, drop shipments, and red label situations while working to reduce emergency ordering
  • You will take ownership of inventory performance, valuation, and continuous improvement across all locations

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • This role includes about ten percent travel between locations
  • You will be active throughout the day including lifting parts and moving inventory
  • You will work in a real world environment that includes warehouses and service shops
