About the Role
Description
Position: Activities Coordinator
Location: The Center, just of Russell in Missoula and group homes around Missoula
What We Offer:
Starting Pay: $20 per hour with an increase to $21 per hour after completing our Train the Trainer series

Your Role:
- Plan and coordinate community activities, outings, and special events
- Help individuals explore interests, hobbies, and personal goals
- Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
- Collaborate with residential teams to increase engagement opportunities
- Maintain activity schedules and required documentation
- Support a culture of inclusion, choice, and community belonging

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A creative problem solver who can identify opportunities, develop plans and gain buy-in from others
- Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass required background checks
