Line Cook


The VIG North Central is seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to prepare and serve delicious meals that keep our guests coming back. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your culinary skills, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service

- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

- Follow all safety procedures and proper handling of kitchen equipment


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role

- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
