As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Swedish according to community guidelines.

• Review and moderate content submitted by users in Swedish to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Accurately classify content based on set moderation policies and guidelines.
• Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on emerging content trends to help improve moderation processes.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance the quality of moderation.
• Stay updated with company policies and industry best practices in content moderation.

• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar position is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and discreetly.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is advantageous.
