Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Swedish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Stay informed about products, policies, and updates to better assist customers.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and service quality.
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with paid relocation support.
