We’re seeking a Financial Advisor who will contribute to client relationships, financial strategy, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client Experience & Advisory Support
- Meet one‑on‑one with prospective clients generated through firm‑sponsored marketing activities, including workshops and digital outreach
- Guide prospects through the onboarding process and establish long‑term advisory relationships
- Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans aligned with client goals
- Assist clients with investment strategies focused on retirement planning
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients and firm‑provided house accounts
Operational & Compliance Excellence
- Ensure financial plans, investment recommendations, and client documentation align with regulatory requirements and firm standards
- Coordinate with internal partners to support account setup, implementation, and ongoing servicing
- Maintain required licenses and certifications and adhere to compliance and supervisory guidelines
Growth & Retention
- Develop and retain strong client relationships through proactive service and consistent communication
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through planning and investment solutions
- Support firm growth by converting marketing‑generated prospects into long‑term advisory clients
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
Required
- 6+ years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial planning strategies, particularly retirement planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Preferred
- Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 licenses
- Active Connecticut Life & Health insurance license
- CFP® designation or progress toward certification
- College degree preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:
Salary range: $80,000 – $85,000 per year

Licensure & Certifications (If Applicable)
