RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client & Relationship Partnership
- Support surety clients by assisting with bond requests, documentation, and customer service needs
- Collaborate with internal colleagues across the Surety Department to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables
- Interface with external partners including surety carriers and clients to support bond placement and service requests
- Contribute to client satisfaction through timely, professional communication and follow‑through
Operational & Strategic Execution
- Manage key surety processes including preparation of bonds and related documentation required by client contracts
- Provide administrative support to Surety Department leadership and team members
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and alignment with internal procedures and best practices
- Maintain client and bond records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and database tools
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Growth & Innovation
- Support ongoing learning and development to build knowledge of contract and commercial surety
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative processes within the Surety Department
- Support team initiatives that enhance service delivery and client experience
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
Required
- 2+ years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or company with exposure to surety
- Understanding of the surety bond industry and basic concepts of contract and commercial surety
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, including phone and active listening abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team
Preferred
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Customer service or administrative experience in insurance or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic database management
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:
Salary range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Licensure & Certifications (If Applicable)
