Expected pay for this position is $21.72 - $25.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

 


Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: Reports to Supply Chain Management with an indirect reporting structure for the department where the service is provided. May occasionally have responsibility to lead others in the supply chain division to accomplish tasks. Is responsible to make independent decisions regarding the materials management service they provide. This position may perform a variety of duties including but not limited to; analyze spreadsheet data, run queries, utilize ERP system for data input and upkeep, ensure accurate patient and department billing, manage credit card purchases, reconcile physician/department planning documents, approve invoices for payment, approve orders, order/receive supplies, research substitute products, contact sales representatives for resolution of issues, conduct cycle counts of inventory, issues supplies, fill orders, maintain inventory, receive supplies, arrange service and maintenance for equipment, arrange transportation for supplies and staff.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School Diploma / GED

 

- Ability to read, write and perform simple mathematical calculations, in order to check and restock supply carts, fill orders, take and relay information, and complete documentation at a level normally acquired through completion of an associate’s degree (preferred).

 

- Must have the ability to learn terminology and procedures to complete assignments

- Ability to read in order to transcribe data and/or enter data into computer terminal, to write in orders, to take orders from phone calls, and to follow oral and written instructions in adhering to established work priorities.

 

- Ability to operate a computer and perform data analysis through Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Access as well as ERP system. - Must have good knowledge of Excel and Access programs.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Two to three years of materials management experience is desired.
