Marketing Assistant

AWAL’s UK Marketing Assistant is the vital force that keeps our artist campaigns running smoothly. In this dynamic role, you'll provide crucial administrative support, manage campaign assets, and help coordinate artist events while gaining invaluable music industry experience. Success means being the organized backbone that empowers our marketing team to deliver exceptional results for our artists.
As a team we meet in the London office from Monday – Thursday. *People may choose to work remotely on Fridays. Join us in shaping the future of the music industry.
What you'll do:
- Build comprehensive project knowledge to actively and intuitively support marketing leads across key artist campaigns.
- Efficiently process invoices and actively maintain administrative systems, serving as a critical support function for the wider marketing team.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external marketing meetings, handling all logistical arrangements
- Support the marketing team with data analysis and research
- Take comprehensive meeting notes and track action points from marketing discussions
- Manage campaign assets and organize digital libraries across all platforms and internal systems
- Support artist events and promo by coordinating guest lists, making travel arrangements, and taking care of on-site logistics
