About the Role

As a Product Integration Specialist, you will support the planning, coordination, and controlled execution of digital product, platform, system, and third-party integration activities across the IFEC and Connected Cabin Experience portfolio. Working under the direct guidance of the Product Integration Manager, you will help ensure that product features, interfaces, and dependent solutions are integrated in line with approved business requirements, technical specifications, delivery timelines, and quality standards.

This is a delivery-focused, coordination-heavy role. You will be the person who keeps integration activity organised, documented, and on track — maintaining the artefacts, monitoring the dependencies, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring nothing falls through the gaps between teams. You will work closely with product, engineering, architecture, and vendor teams, acting as a reliable point of coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams.

You will report directly to the Product Integration Manager, who sits within the broader IFEC and Connected Cabin Experience function led by the Head of IFEC and Connected Cabin Experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded delivery specialist to build deep expertise in connected cabin platforms and grow within a team that is shaping the future of inflight digital experience.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

Integration Coordination and Support

  • Support the coordination of end-to-end integration activities for assigned initiatives, ensuring requirements, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables are documented and tracked in line with the integration plan

  • Assist the Product Integration Manager in translating business, product, and functional requirements into structured integration plans, interface activities, and implementation work packages

  • Liaise with product, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cyber security, operations, and vendor teams as directed, supporting alignment on solution design, interface readiness, and deployment planning

  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and third-party suppliers to help validate interface specifications, technical dependencies, configuration readiness, and integration deliverables

Delivery Tracking and Risk Support

  • Monitor integration milestones and flag delivery risks, defects, and blockers to the Product Integration Manager in a timely and structured manner

  • Maintain risk and issue logs, tracking mitigation actions and resolution progress across active integration workstreams

  • Support the escalation process by preparing clear, factual summaries of delivery concerns for review by the Product Integration Manager

Documentation and Artefact Management

  • Prepare, maintain, and update integration artefacts including requirements traceability matrices, interface registers, dependency logs, test plans, defect logs, deployment checklists, and operational readiness documentation

  • Ensure all artefacts are accurate, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle

  • Support the production of structured status reports, meeting documentation, and governance inputs as directed by the Product Integration Manager

  • Testing and Release Support

  • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and release readiness activities by coordinating inputs, tracking outcomes, and following up on remediation actions

  • Help ensure that implementation activities are carried out in line with change governance, release controls, and service continuity requirements as defined by the Product Integration Manager and broader governance frameworks

  • Assist with cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities to help ensure integrated solutions are deployed and stabilised smoothly

Continuous Improvement

  • Capture post-implementation observations, lessons learned, and service performance insights, and share these with the Product Integration Manager to support continuous improvement in integration delivery

  • Contribute to team knowledge by maintaining up-to-date records, sharing delivery insights, and identifying opportunities to improve integration coordination processes
