About the Role

As a Partnership Manager at Nawy Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze potential business partnership opportunities to support the growth goals of the company.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry news, market trends, and competitor activities to anticipate changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Monitor partnership performance and develop strategies to optimize outcomes and revenue generation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the progress of partnerships to the leadership team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and business dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
