About the Role

Manages or assists with managing various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.) while achieving speed, quality and cost targets. They plan, direct, and monitor production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. Plans, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Warehouse support:  Assist with daily warehouse operations and logistics activities as required
  • Documentation & Labelling: Prepare, verify and maintain accurate documentation and labels for all machinery
  • Equipment Packaging: Oversee and execute the safe crating and packaging of machines for transit.
  • Inbound Logistics: Manage and process all incoming consignments delivered to the manufacturing site.
  • System Management: Utilize EFACS/SAP ERP systems to track inventory and logistics data (Experience is an advantage)
  • Potential Junior Assistant Engineering tasks

  • Quality Control: Opportunity to cross-train and assist in Quality Control inspections to ensure machinery standards.
  • Technical Setup: Knowledge of assembling, configuring and setting up computer systems from scratch is highly preferred.
