任职资格(Job Qualifications)

学历学位 (Education Background):大学本科
专业 (Professionals):工业自动化仪表、自动控制、机械等相关专业
经验/履历 (Working Experience):3年以上相关单表销售经验,熟悉管理区域的市场环境,适应区域内出差、可根据工作需要灵活调配出差(每月2周出差)。
专业技能 (Professional Skills):具备良好的职业素养,诚实守信、良好沟通能力、能吃苦耐闹,有团队合作精神。懂渠道、可熟练对接渠道商、终端大客户。沟通表达流畅,临产应变能力强。
其他如语言计算机能力等(Others such as Language/Computer Skills):熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件,具体可看懂图纸、技术参数的英文能力。


岗位职责描述(Mission and Objectives and Specific Duties of the Position)        
        
1,依据部门整体销售战略,制定辖区内的销售计划、拓展客户并可完成月度、季度、年度销售业绩指标和回款。        
2,负责内蒙古区域内客户的开发洽谈、合作签约,维护老客户关系 ,高效处理客户问题,实现客户长期合作与复购。
