About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees.

  • Mediate and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and fairness.

  • Drive performance excellence through coaching and development support.

  • Partner with management to boost engagement, productivity, and retention.

  • Lead the full talent acquisition cycle for designated departments.

  • Build strong talent pipelines and support workforce planning.

  • Maintain accurate hiring records and headcount reports.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

  • Support HR team growth through guidance and feedback.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational improvement.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • High integrity, confidentiality, and initiative.

  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English communication.
