Your Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees.
Mediate and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and fairness.
Drive performance excellence through coaching and development support.
Partner with management to boost engagement, productivity, and retention.
Lead the full talent acquisition cycle for designated departments.
Build strong talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
Maintain accurate hiring records and headcount reports.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Support HR team growth through guidance and feedback.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High integrity, confidentiality, and initiative.
Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English communication.
