Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Professional, Sweden, located in København Ø, Sweden.

The Professional, Sweden supports business operations, coordination, and execution for the Sweden market while being based in the Nordic hub in Copenhagen. This role works closely with country, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure effective operational support, strong governance, and alignment with enterprise priorities. The position offers exposure to cross‑border collaboration, healthcare market dynamics, and operational excellence initiatives within a regulated and fast‑paced environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support day‑to‑day business and operational activities for the Sweden market in alignment with regional objectives. 

  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support planning, execution, and follow‑up of initiatives. 

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision‑making and performance management. 

  • Assist with operational planning, tracking, and coordination of key deliverables. 

  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and internal control requirements. 

  • Support communication and coordination between Sweden and Nordic/EMEA stakeholders. 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. 

Where required to be managed locally:  

  • Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures. 

  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva. 

  • Compliance/admin: Upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination. 

 

Qualifications 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Life Sciences, or a related field is required. 

  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. 

Experience and Skills: 

Required: 

  • Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience in business operations, coordination, or professional roles. 

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrixed environment. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience supporting Nordic or EMEA markets. 

  • Exposure to healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries. 

  • Experience working with cross‑border or regional teams. 

  • Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools. 

  • Experience supporting transformation or operational improvement initiatives. 

Other: 

  • Languages: Swedish and English proficiency are required; Danish is a plus. 

  • Travel: Up to 10–20% regional travel. 

  • Certifications: Business, operations, or project management certifications are preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

kr563,000.00 - kr905,050.00
