About You | Mōu 

Previous experience in an ECE environment is an advantage, but we'll also consider candidates who demonstrate:

  • An approachable nature that makes our whānau and tamariki feel truly at home.

  • Plenty of initiative and a proactive "can-do" spirit to keep our daily flow moving. 

  • Great communication skills to build quick rapport with everyone in our community. 

  • A heart for following a child’s lead and a genuine drive to grow your own skills.
