Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a passionate and skilled Therapist to support the patients in our Co-Occurring program in Center Township, PA. This position allows you to bring compassion, innovation, and expertise to individuals on their journey to recovery.

Your Role in Transforming Recovery

  • Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment through the provision of evidence-based practices.
  • Participates in developing the patient’s treatment plan and outcomes in cooperation with the treatment team.
  • Provides direct therapeutic services consisting of individual, group, and/or family therapy dependent on the patient's needs.
  • Makes ongoing assessments regarding the patient’s progress in treatment and revises the treatment plan according to patient needs.
  • Completes clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Establishes and maintains contact and relationships with referral sources related to patient caseload.
  • Plans for continuing care of patient and making appropriate referrals.
  • Monitors and completes insurance authorizations for patient caseload.
  • Provides referrals for additional care or services when required
  • Participates in regular supervision with the manager and seeks out additional supervision as needed.
  • Completes mandatory orientation and annual training programs; completes applicable attendance documentation. 

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For 

  • Master's Degree with 1 year experience in a behavioral health environment.  
  • Experience in an inpatient setting with dual diagnosis and SUD patients.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and communication tools.

Other Requirements

  • Pass a PA Criminal Background Check
  • Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
  • Pass Drug Screen
  • 2-Step TB Test 
  • Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
