Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, identify potential issues, and share knowledge with team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes for new features and systems.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs, implementations, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end or back-end development frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.
