About the Role

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC is a proud member of the Ghobash Group. For almost 20 years, we have made vital contributions to the Oil & Gas sector of the UAE, executing both onshore and offshore projects. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.

Job Description

  • Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for HVAC systems.
  • Review HVAC commissioning procedures, method statements, and commissioning schedules.
  • Verify mechanical completion of HVAC equipment and systems prior to commissioning.
  • Coordinate HVAC system startup, testing, balancing, and performance verification.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, vendor requirements, and applicable standards.
  • Monitor HVAC commissioning progress and report status to the Commissioning Manager.
  • Ensure all punch list items are properly addressed before handover.
  • Participate in commissioning meetings and progress reviews.
  • Review and maintain commissioning dossiers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly commissioning reports.
  • Verify completion of commissioning records and test sheets.
  • Support preparation of final handover packages and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure all red-line markups are updated.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in HVAC systems within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or Energy projects.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Diploma or ITI or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Experienced in Commissioning Planning & Execution.

  • Willingness to work in remote locations, including offshore or desert environments, as required.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
