Your mission

About the role

JOTA Composites is looking for a Trainee Composite Kit Cutter to join our growing team and learn a skilled trade from day one. 

What you’ll do (with training): 
• Cut and prepare composite kits to meet production schedules 
• Operate the kit-cutting system and make templates 
• Manage materials, stock control, and FIFO 
• Make sure materials are labelled, ready, and to the right quality 
• Check equipment daily and keep your area clean and safe 
• Templating and Digitising 
 
You’ll suit this if you’re: 
• Keen to learn and get stuck in 
• Practical thinking approach 
• Hands-on and detail-focused 
• Computer literate 
• Reliable and a good team player 
• Into engineering, motorsport, or manufacturing 
• A basic knowledge of CAD software would be advantageous but not essential 
• 18+
