Job Summary
The Infrastructure Governance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the governance of IT infrastructure within the organization. This role involves defining, developing, refining, and managing infrastructure processes, ensuring compliance with security metrics, and coordinating with internal IT teams and service providers on technology compliance, audit, and risk enquiries.
The Job
Provide quality infrastructure governance services to Hong Kong and Macau business units
Define, develop, refine, and manage infrastructure processes such as server on-boarding/off-boarding, end-of-life tracking, vulnerability management, inventory management, and audit management
Coordinate with internal IT teams and service providers on infrastructure technology compliance, audit, and risk enquiries
Fulfill security metrics to maintain compliance by overseeing regular security patching, baseline, and vulnerability fixes
Manage and maintain digital asset’s inventories and the renewal process
Assist business users and application development teams to liaise infrastructure requirements with service providers
Work with service providers to plan IT infrastructure changes and evaluate technical implementation details
Participate in incident and problem management processes, providing technical inputs and driving service providers for root cause analysis
The Person
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience (8+ years) in infrastructure governance and management
Certified with ITIL v3 or later version
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure processes and compliance requirements
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers
Experience with cloud technologies is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
