About the Role
Logistics Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a logistics analyst, you know that every program relies on clearly defined management processes to work. You understand logistics management principals and processes, and know that using effective coordination and is critical to ensuring the integrity of the mission. We’re looking for a logistics engineer like you to apply your engineering and process improvement experience to synchronize system elements integral to facility completion and delivery.

In this role, you’ll use your logistics and materials knowledge to contribute to the safety of the warfighter. You’ll work closely with senior team members and grow your skills in root-cause analysis and process improvement resolution.

You Have:  

  • 3+ years of experience working in supply chain operations, warehouse operations, procurement support, or project coordination

  • Experience coordinating the delivery, receipt, movement, or distribution of materials, equipment, or supplies across geographically dispersed locations, in support of operational or project requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams

  • Knowledge of market research systems, such as GSA Advantage or FedMall

  • Ability to synchronize material deliveries with project and facility activation schedules, site readiness, and operational priorities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a dynamic work environment

  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to resolve competing requirements and delivery constraints

  • Ability to identify logistics risks, anticipate delivery issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize impacts to project execution

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience conducting material status reviews and coordinating actions to resolve shortages, delays, or supply chain disruptions

  • Experience developing logistics schedules, delivery plans, readiness assessments, or execution trackers supporting project delivery

  • Knowledge of material requirement planning, delivery forecasting, and demand management processes

  • Knowledge of receiving operations, material staging, transportation coordination, and site access requirements

  • Knowledge of Project Management Information Systems and program execution tools

  • Ability to compile and analyze logistics data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to improve delivery performance

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
