Ally Psychiatry

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team in Tampa, Florida. This position offers a rewarding blend of inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, allowing physicians to provide comprehensive care across the behavioral health continuum while working within a collaborative, physician-led environment.

The incoming psychiatrist will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality psychiatric care, supervising Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and helping shape the continued growth of behavioral health services. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric treatment
  • Manage inpatient and outpatient treatment plans
  • Supervise and collaborate with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
  • Partner with therapists, nursing staff, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in shared call coverage

Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
  • DEA registration or eligibility
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care
