At Venture Forthe, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Office Coordinator to support daily operations, create a welcoming environment, and help ensure our offices run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, clients, and community partners.
  • Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, inventory, and facility needs.
  • Support operational leaders with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and administrative projects.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, meetings, trainings, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Travel periodically to other Venture Forthe offices and training locations to ensure locations are organized, equipped, and operating effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Administrative, customer service, reception, scheduling, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident with technology. Able to navigate computers, phone systems, email, and common office software including Google Suite. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between office locations as needed.
