Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in Canton, Ohio.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Executive physician leadership role within a community-based nonprofit healthcare organization
• Provide strategic clinical oversight and quality leadership
• Oversee an established medical residency program
• Maintain a leadership-focused schedule with administrative and clinical responsibilities
• Support team-based care delivery and quality management initiatives
• Provide outpatient clinical care while serving in a senior leadership capacity

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Approximately 70% Administrative
• Approximately 30% Clinical
• No weekend clinic responsibilities
• Flexible on-call arrangement
• Clinical volume of approximately 15-35 patients per week

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $210,000 - $230,000
• Student Loan Repayment up to $75,000
• 401(k) with 3% Employer Match
• $5,000 Annual CME Allowance

Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or OBGYN REQUIRED
• Active Ohio Medical License REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years healthcare leadership experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
