$25–30M Service Business | High-Growth Home Services

About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Field Operations to help bring structure, accountability,

and profitability to a rapidly growing home services business.

This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure strong revenue growth is

supported by disciplined operations, efficient processes, and high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Operations

  • Oversee daily operations for a $25–30M service business
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure revenue converts to profit
  • Improve processes, routing efficiency, and service delivery? . Drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Develop Teams
  • Coach and support frontline leaders and technicians
  • Build team engagement and alignment with company goals? . Maintain a strong culture during rapid growth? . Help employees grow and succeed within the organization
  • Drive Performance
  • Use data to identify opportunities and improve results
  • Analyze KPIs, conversion rates, and operational metrics
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership
  • Prepare the business for multi-location expansion


  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience in home services, field operations, or similar industries
  • Strong operational and financial acumen (P&L experience preferred)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using systems like Service Titan and Excel
  • Hands-on leader who is comfortable in both the office and the field. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead with clarity and accountability
