Description
Position Description:
The Houseman helps room attendants stay productive by moving linen, removing trash, stocking supplies, delivering guest requests, and assisting with cleaning and special projects throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Strip rooms, remove dirty linen and trash, and support room attendants as needed.
Restock housekeeping carts, linen closets, storage areas, and supplies.
Deliver guest-request items such as towels, pillows, blankets, amenities, and other supplies.
Move linen, carts, trash, furniture, rollaway beds, and housekeeping equipment safely.
Assist with public-area cleaning, deep cleaning, and special housekeeping projects.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, damaged items, or unusual conditions to a supervisor.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly.
Communicate professionally with guests and team members.

Requirements
Requirements
Prior housekeeping, cleaning, hotel, janitorial, warehouse, or utility experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move supplies, carts, linen, trash, and equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
Professional attitude and guest service mindset.
Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Schedule
Flexible schedule required. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed based on hotel occupancy, staffing needs, and business levels.
