About the Role:
The Canberra Health Services (CHS) Pharmacy Department has one position open for the Pharmacist Level 1 – Operations (On Site, Permanent).
Are you an early-career pharmacist ready to build your foundation in hospital pharmacy? Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking motivated and adaptable pharmacists to join our Operations Pharmacy team at The Canberra Hospital.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop broad operational skills in a large, progressive tertiary health service while contributing to safe, efficient, and patient-centred medication management. You will rotate across key operational areas including dispensary, manufacturing, and distribution services—building the essential skills that underpin high-quality hospital pharmacy practice.

The position is offered to work on site at The Canberra Hospital and includes participation in shift work, including evenings, weekends and public holidays across CHS sites. Applicants must be able to work these shifts. Flexible working arrangements, including part time options, may be considered in line with the ACT Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement (please outline any requirements in your application).
