About the Role

Company Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of technology and digital initiatives across our Technology Digital and Data (TDDI) function. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while aligning to Sodexo’s strategic priorities and operational excellence standards. 
 
You will lead cross-functional teams, partner closely with business stakeholders and vendors, and operate within established portfolio governance frameworks to drive transparency, accountability, and high-quality outcomes. 

Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and digital projects from initiation through to closure 
  • Define and manage scope, schedule, budget, and delivery plans aligned to business outcomes 
  • Operate within Sodexo’s portfolio governance framework, ensuring accurate and timely reporting 
  • Provide clear updates on project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and governance forums 
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making 
  • Manage vendors and delivery partners to ensure contractual and delivery obligations are met 
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies across the broader portfolio 
  • Support resource planning and prioritisation in collaboration with functional leads 
  • Ensure delivery aligns to Sodexo standards, governance, and ways of working 

Skills & Experience 

  • Proven experience delivering technology or digital projects end-to-end (5+ years preferred) 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies  
  • Experience operating within structured governance and portfolio delivery environments 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a delivery-focused mindset 
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery partners 
  • Experience with portfolio reporting tools (e.g. Triskell or similar) is highly regarded 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field 
  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications)
