About the Role

Join Our Team as a Quality & Compliance Specialist!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping organizations maintain excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to support quality monitoring & improvement, regulatory compliance support, audit & survey readiness, and improvement initiatives across our PACE program.

What is PACE?

PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states.

Position Summary

The Quality & Compliance specialist provides administrative, analytical, and operational support to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. This role assists in monitoring quality performance, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

Minimum Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.

· 1–3 years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, regulatory, or administrative support role preferred.

· Experience with audits, accreditation, or regulatory environments is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to analyze and interpret data

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· Knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., CMS, HIPAA) preferred

· Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
