SAP Resource Scheduling (RSH) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Resource Scheduling for HANA (RSH) Consultant to lead the delivery and execution of SAP RSH projects for our customers. This role serves as both a functional and technical expert, responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of RSH. Key responsibilities include defining and enabling forecasting and workload balancing, planning and assigning work orders, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing the RSH solution to meet each customer’s unique needs.

Who We Are Looking For

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP RSH projects, ensuring on time,on budget execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in presales activities with customers to support for potential SAP opportunities and provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work.
• Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for RSH business processes.
• Support customers in the installation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management for Resource Scheduling to plan and dispatch maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with customers tocreate schedules, simulate workloads, level capacity, and assign techniciansbased on skills and availability. 
• Develop training materials and guide users (planners, technicians) on RSH functionality.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years minimum experience in SAP EAM or related SAP modules.
• At least 2 years minimum experience implementing SAP MRS or SAP RSH.
• Functional knowledge of SAP PM including managing work orders, work centers, maintenance plans, and personnel numbers.
• Familiarity with the IPSECA model and maintenance business processes.
• In depth knowledge of maintenance industry best practices around planning,
• scheduling and dispatching.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred
• Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) is a plus.
