Warehouse Helper

Description

The Warehouse Helper supports daily operations for a large-scale project by assisting with unloading, preparing, and transporting equipment within a warehouse environment. This role works as part of a team to ensure efficient and safe handling of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the warehouse in Berwick, PA each day in proper uniform

• Work as part of a crew of 3–4 team members to unload equipment from trucks

• Assist with unloading shipments from multiple trucks daily 

• Prepare equipment for movement within the facility

• Transport materials to final points of use using powered pallet jacks

• Follow all company safety protocols, including required uniform and equipment standards

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Schedule & Work Expectations

• Expected to work a minimum of 5 days per week

• Weekend availability preferred, based on rotating schedules

• Schedule may vary week to week based on project needs

• Overtime hours may be available as needed

• This is a long-term project, expected to run 2+ years with ongoing work

Work Environment

• Warehouse-based role in Berwick, PA

• Physically demanding position with regular lifting and movement

• Requires adherence to strict safety and uniform standards

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test

• Ability to perform manual labor, including heavy lifting of up to 150lbs

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

• Dependable, punctual, and reliable attendance required

• Must be able to read and speak English
