Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday–Friday (day shifts)
  • Rotating Saturdays

  • Recommend maintenance and repair services
  • Provide accurate estimates and updates
  • Serve as the link between customers and technicians
  • Ensure a smooth, positive service experience

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team

Preferred:

  • Automotive service experience
  • Familiarity with CDK or Chrysler systems
  • Background in automotive technology or customer service
