Esthetician Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• The ability to perform a wide range of services including all skin care, waxing, and tinting services.
• A commitment to participating in assigned tasks that are designed to grow therapist business and create repeat guest requests.
• Maintaining training and education on skincare lines and proactively promoting these products to guests.
• Completing all milk + honey approved courses regarding blood-borne pathogens and lancet protocols, sign and adhere to milk + honey’s lancet and applicable protocols.

Hours and Compensation:

• Estheticians work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• 10% commission on sold retail products.
• Keep 100% of guest gratuity.
• TEXAS: Treatment rates up to $82+, not including gratuity.
• CALIFORNIA: An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $42-$44, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at ($16.78, $17.28).
• ILLINOIS: An average hourly rate ranges between $42-$46 an hour.

Requirements

• State Cosmetology License/Certification.
• Must have schedule availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Natural ability to sell and educate clients on products and treatments.
