Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 4+ years
- Strong expertise in US technical hiring
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for IT roles
- Strong understanding of technical skillsets, roles, and hiring trends
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment compliance processes
- Strong ability to assess candidate fit and influence hiring decisions
- Experience in managing hiring managers and aligning expectations effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide talent insights
- Manage multiple open positions while ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Drive a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Lead offer discussions and negotiations to close positions effectively
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with standards
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure adherence to organizational and client hiring policies and compliance requirements
Qualifications
