As a Business Manager as part of the CFO office, you will be part of a dynamic team working directly with our group CFO, tackling key operational and strategic topics within Finance. You will drive key initiatives, deliver impactful analysis for senior leadership, and optimize processes for greater efficiency. The role includes a range of high-profile tasks, including preparing key reports and presentations, coordinating events, governing business-specific processes as well as owning financial planning, cost control, and reporting for the business unit, ensuring efficient use of resources.YOUR CHALLENGE
Business Management
Local representation: Act as the local representative of the global CFO Office and serve as the primary liaison between the Global CFO Office, the Singapore and Hong Kong teams and other international finance hubs, ensuring smooth collaboration, knowledge transfer, and aligned execution of priorities
CFO Office Support: Coordinate and/or contribute to daily business activities as well as ad-hoc tasks
CFO Asia support: Provide support to the Regional CFO Asia, facilitate communication, issue resolution, and escalation paths between regions, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making
Monthly Controlling Process: Conduct variance analysis (vs. forecast/budget) for FTE, GE, and PE metrics. Provide clear insights and drive corrective actions when required.
HR-Finance Interface: Oversee overtime monitoring, holiday consumption, and other HR-related financial topics in close alignment with Human Resources
Risk & Control Frameworks: Contribute to the maintenance of robust internal controls, including policy adherence, system access management, and process documentation.
Audit Issues tracking: Track and ensure transparency and resolution of outstanding issues.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively across Finance, Risk, IT, Operations, and business units

YOUR PROFILE
Personal and Social
Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a dynamic mindset
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics and create compelling presentations for top management
Professional and Technical
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
5 - 7 years of experience in financial services, strategic consulting or relevant business management role
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to break down complex problems, perform financial and business analysis, and develop actionable, data-driven solutions
Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record in managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing tasks under pressure, and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders
Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ability to visualize data and craft clear narratives
Proficiency in English required, German is a desirable any other language is a plus
