About the Role

Description

We’re looking for a polished, personable, and dependable individual to join our team as the Doorman at a luxury residential building in the heart of the Seaport. This is more than just a front door role — it’s about being a consistent, welcoming presence in the lives of residents and guests.


What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of the building — greet every resident and guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence

• Open doors, carry groceries, assist with packages, and make daily comings and goings feel just a little easier

• Stand for the duration of your shift, always ready to provide that extra level of service

• Help set the tone of the building: calm, courteous, safe, and connected

• Maintain a sharp, business-professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Work closely with concierge and building management teams to ensure a smooth daily flow


You Are:

• Someone who loves being of service and knows the power of a great first (and lasting) impression

• Reliable, proactive, and naturally friendly

• Comfortable standing throughout your shift

• Experienced in hospitality, customer service, or front-of-house roles (preferred but not required)
