Title: Retail Banking Branch Supervisor

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire

Position Details: Full Time, to include Saturday rotation 



Are you a relationship-driven banking professional who leads by example and enjoys working in a customer-focused community branch? We’re looking for a Branch Services Supervisor to help lead daily branch operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support the growth and development of a high-performing team.
 
In this role, you’ll partner with branch leadership to drive operational excellence, coach staff, deepen customer relationships, and support business development efforts within the branch. If you bring strong retail banking experience, a passion for service, and a commitment to team success, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily branch operations and help maintain a strong, service-focused team culture
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals
  • Build customer relationships, identify referral opportunities, and support branch growth
  • Assist with staffing support, performance management, and employee development
  • Ensure branch procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements are followed
  • Promote banking products, digital services, and referral opportunities
  • Provide teller and customer service support as needed
  • Resolve customer concerns and make sound day-to-day operational decisions


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of retail banking experience, including supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of branch operations, banking procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills in a customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency with banking systems and standard office technology
  • Flexibility to work weekends, as needed, and travel between locations when required
