Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during procedures and surgical consultations
- Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and surgical materials
- Support patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout surgical visits
- Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education as directed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
Requirements
- Previous surgical, dental, or medical assisting experience required
- Oral surgery or specialty surgical experience preferred
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
