Summary
This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality of Augeo’s SaaS workplace engagement platform. An Augeo QA Analyst is responsible for testing changes to the platform to minimize the number of defects that get into production and partnering with others to perform acceptance, regression, and smoke testing. You will be helping to write test cases and test fixtures, perform test runs, and guiding automation engineers on the correct way to automate regression and smoke tests. You will also be expected to leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency, using AI-assisted test case generation, defect analysis, and intelligent test prioritization to maximize coverage. Additionally, you will be acting as the gatekeeper for changes and a decision maker on what will be getting into our customers’ hands on each release.
