Service Assistant

Join our service team as a Service Assistant (BDC Agent), serving as the primary point of contact for customers scheduling vehicle service. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and professional service experience while supporting customer retention and dealership performance.


Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Weekends required

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound service calls and make outbound follow-up calls
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
  • Follow up on declined services and promote maintenance opportunities
  • Support service team goals and customer retention efforts
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience

What We're Looking For 

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or dealership environment
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
