We are searching for a Oracle specialist (m, f, d) as</p> <p><strong>Senior Specialist Database Administrator Oracle</strong></p> <h2 id="aufgaben">Aufgaben</h2> <p>Monitoring of system resources, storage structures and database queries / Carrying out support tasks, including troubleshooting and incident management / Optimising resource utilisation through the analysis and implementation of improvement measures, including the review of hosted applications throughout their entire lifecycle / Implementing formal proposals for changes, modifications or system updates within the corporate IT environment / Leading the implementation of automated solutions through the development of tools / Further developing the existing IT infrastructure and testing disaster recovery strategies / Managing user permissions, roles and system audits to ensure compliance with data protection policies / Actively supporting database upgrades and migrations (e.g. to the cloud) / Providing second-level support, including an emergency service.</p> <h2 id="qualifikation">Qualifikation</h2> <p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering / Solid professional experience in a bank or consultancy firm, as well as knowledge of database operations and development / Familiarity with Oracle databases, Postgres and SQL standards / Experience with automation and migration projects and knowledge of open-source tools for IT automation, configuration management and application deployment, e.g. Puppet, Chef, Salt, Terraform or Ansible / Analytical mindset and strong team player / Ability to identify interconnections within IT systems and find solutions with a hands-on approach and a high sense of responsibility / Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills / English and German.</p> <p>Please send us your documents for an initial contact by e-mail to contact@coni-partner. com or call us on +41 44 254 90 10.
