About the Role

Employment Type: Full-time & Permanent 

Work Eligibility: Only Thai nationals and independent work permit holders. (Foreigners work permit sponsorship is not available for this role).

Location: Phuket, Thailand. Applicants must already be based in Thailand.

 

Salary: Monthly base salary of THB 65,000 to THB 85,000, DOE, plus the opportunity to join our employee share scheme.

Paid Annual Leave: 15 Working Days.

Public Holidays: 15 Days.

Working Days: Monday – Friday.

Probation Period: Up to 119 Days (Based on Performance).

Social Security: As per Thai Labour Law.

Health Insurance: Comprehensive Private Health Insurance (IPD, OPD & Dental).

Relocation Support: Available for candidates relocating to Phuket.

Severance Pay: As per Thai Labour Law.

Role Description

We are hiring an Office Administrator to support our growing Phuket office. You will take ownership of the office’s day to day operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard. This includes overseeing administration, coordinating onboarding and travel logistics, supporting HR and finance administration, and maintaining a well organised, high functioning workplace.

This role requires a highly proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership naturally, and can manage competing priorities with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Own office operations: facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, office supplies, catering, and day to day workplace needs.
  • Manage local vendors and procurement, including basic contract coordination and cost control.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new joiners and visitors: travel arrangements, accommodation coordination, office access, equipment setup, and inductions.
  • Maintain accurate office records and documentation, including HR administration support (employee documents, internal trackers, coordination with HR).
  • Handle basic finance administration: invoice collection, purchase order support where applicable, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to senior stakeholders, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and confidential tasks when required.


Requirements

  • Thai national, currently based in Phuket (or willing to relocate) and eligible to work in Thailand without sponsorship.
  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or operations support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working English (written and spoken) and native Thai.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High ownership mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.


Desirable

  • Familiarity with Thai legal, HR, and office administration processes, including company filings, visa and work permit coordination, Social Security and payroll tax administration, and office lease or landlord coordination.
  • Experience in managing budgets, expense tracking, and cost analysis.
