We are seeking a highly driven Global Business Operations Manager to lead and scale international operations across multiple markets. This is a high-impact leadership role that sits at the intersection of operations, supply chain, inventory management, technology platforms, business intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable operational frameworks, improving efficiency across the value chain, and ensuring seamless coordination between warehouse operations, finance, logistics, customer fulfillment, and technology systems. This role requires a strong understanding of D2C business operations, inventory reconciliation, warehouse management systems, and data-driven decision-making.
You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, enabling business growth, and creating visibility across global operations through robust reporting, process optimization, and technology integration. The position is well-suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex operational challenges at scale.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination- Act as the central point of coordination between operations, warehouse, finance, and customer fulfillment teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely flow of operational data across inventory, returns, cancellations, orders, and sales channels.
- Lead and mentor operations teams while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Drive alignment between physical inventory and financial inventory records to maintain complete operational visibility.
- Own end-to-end inventory accountability across procurement, storage, fulfillment, returns, and stock reconciliation processes.
- Implement and manage warehouse management systems to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and establish controls to minimize discrepancies, losses, and stock variances.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of returns, replacements, damaged goods, and reverse logistics transactions.
- Develop scalable inventory management processes that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business intelligence dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis, trend reporting, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Create leadership reports covering inventory health, fulfillment performance, operational efficiency, logistics costs, and customer service metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and operational scalability through data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee order fulfillment, warehouse workflows, shipping operations, and last-mile logistics performance.
- Manage relationships with logistics and delivery partners to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor shipment performance, delivery timelines, returns management, and customer fulfillment metrics.
- Drive continuous improvements in supply chain visibility and operational effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize operational platforms, ERP systems, inventory tools, and e-commerce integrations.
- Ensure seamless synchronization of orders, inventory, and financial data across business systems.
- Collaborate with technology teams to automate manual processes and improve operational workflows.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing technology-driven operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, process records, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Develop operational controls and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and governance standards across all operational functions.
- Proactively identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within D2C, e-commerce, retail, consumer brands, or supply chain-driven businesses.
- Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory reconciliation, and operational process management.
- Proven experience managing global D2C business operations and multi-location fulfillment environments.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance analytics.
- Strong understanding of inventory controls, stock management, warehouse operations, and financial reconciliation processes.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, logistics tools, and operational technologies.
- Knowledge of last-mile logistics, returns management, reverse logistics, and customer fulfillment processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and operational data analysis.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, fulfillment, and operational scalability.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting international operations, cross-border logistics, or global supply chain environments is highly desirable.
