Job Summary
This job supports the functional systems and technology department, focusing on data entry and system integrity. It involves collaborating on technical projects and assisting with system enhancements. The role contributes to maintaining accurate organizational data and improving user experiences within established protocols.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information within the functional systems
- Supporting the audit and review process of organizational data housed in the system
- Analyzing and entering organizational changes and updates into the systems to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborating with other departments and Centers of Excellence (COE) as needed for data consistency
- Participating in technical projects related to data integrity and system workflow improvements
- Assisting in the execution of design, testing, deployment, and training phases for system enhancements
- Keeping abreast of system upgrades and rival products to support team knowledge growth
- Providing administrative support to the functional systems and technology department, including generating reports and analyses
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
