Role Overview

This role is responsible for safe and reliable maintenance of elevator and escalator units within assigned routes and ensuring customer centricity and delight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adherence to EH&S guidelines at all times. Will be responsible for adhering safety norms for equipment and end user safety.
  • Will be responsible for maintenance of the units, trouble shooting, code maintenance & Customer Service for assigned units.
  • Ensure zero callbacks through periodic scheduled maintenance of the units.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns with a focus on achieving first-time fix.
  • Ensure continuous and reliable equipment operation.
  • Will be responsible for Generating T leads and closing T Orders on time.
  • Timely and Transparent communication with customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships during site visits.

Qualifications & Requirements

 

  • Diploma Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance with hands-on exposure to technical troubleshooting, repairs, and safety protocols
