Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers

• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and seasonal service visits

• Present repair options and replacement solutions clearly to homeowners — consultative, not high-pressure

• Deliver a 5-star service experience that turns first-time customers into loyal ones

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Manage your own schedule and van inventory with professionalism

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience

• EPA 608 Universal Certification

• Solid diagnostic ability across a wide range of equipment and failure modes

• Comfortable with a performance-based pay structure and motivated to earn

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Strong communication skills — you’ll be the face of McWilliams in every home
