About the Role

Join CHILL VIC PTY LTD as Our Office Manager!

Are you an organised, proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic work environment? CHILL VIC PTY LTD is searching for an experienced Office Manager to oversee and coordinate our office operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive workplace for all team members.

In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our office, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting staff, and facilitating communication across departments. Your ability to multitask and anticipate needs will drive the efficiency and culture of our workplace, empowering our teams to focus on what they do best - delivering exceptional refrigerated logistics solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all general office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor relations.
  • Coordinate and support administrative staff and office procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and troubleshooting.
  • Organise events, meetings, and team activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and aiding HR with documentation and compliance.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and staff satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant qualification at AQF Diploma level or higher, preferably in Management, Leadership, Business Administration or a related field, plus at least 1 year of recent, relevant office management experience.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience in supporting teams within logistics or similar fast-paced industries is a plus.
